Property Advocates was first established in March 1993. Over the years the size and scope of the real estate company has changed, but consistent is Property Advocates extensive knowledge of Bay of Plenty real estate and in particular the Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and Te Puke real estate markets.

Today, Property Advocates have over 40 dedicated property consultants, five offices and a support team of twelve. Our Tauranga Central real estate office is located on the corner of 12th Avenue & Cameron Road, our Brookfield real estate office is located at the Brookfield Shopping Centre, our Welcome Bay real estate office at 43 Welcome Bay Road, our Mount Maunganui real estate office is 314 Maunganui Road and our Te Puke rural sales office is located at 160C Jellicoe Street.

Property Advocates is owned by Rob Hooper, Garry Mason and David McLaren. They say that the company's genuine commitment to their customer is the cornerstone of Property Advocates' real estate success in the Tauranga and Mount Maunganui areas. This is reinforced by the consistency of the sales team, many who have been with the company for over 10 years.
